“I see myself as a hope holder. I can carry the torch of hope for my clients when they feel as if they have no hope, or if their torch is burnt out. I can sit with them where they are and help them rekindle their hope. Then I can walk alongside them for as long as needed until their torch is burning brightly and they have the confidence that it won't sputter out.”

Caleb specializes in working with individuals who have experienced developmental trauma. His approach to therapy is from a strengths-based, client-centered perspective. He enjoys working with adolescents and young adults, and he is equally comfortable supporting individuals, couples, and families. Caleb has experience working with clients that struggle with PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and addiction.

Caleb has always felt called to serve people in some way. From an early age, he knew that he wanted to be a therapist. While he can't pinpoint one moment exactly, rather it’s a collection of moments throughout his life that have made it clear. Caleb feels like he was designed to help people heal, to mend hearts, and to bring hope to people who are hurting. Caleb believes that hope is the foundation of healing — the belief that tomorrow can be better than our past, and that we each have a role in making that happen.

As a therapist, Caleb is passionate about walking alongside people as they rediscover their strength, resilience, and capacity for growth. To him, therapy isn’t about being “fixed” — it’s about finding what “better” looks like for each person. Caleb truly believes that every single person is capable of healing and recovery, and he sees it an honor to be part of that journey. “I see myself as a hope holder. I can carry the torch of hope for my clients when they feel as if they have no hope, or if their torch is burnt out. I can sit with them where they are and help them rekindle their hope. Then I can walk alongside them for as long as needed until their torch is burning brightly and they have the confidence that it won't sputter out.” Caleb loves getting to participate in the process of healing. He enjoys getting to see change happen over time, and cherishes the moments when a client notices the progress within themselves. Rather than ascribing a person as bad or immoral due to an undesirable behavior, the trauma-informed approach asks what is the function of this behavior and how is it serving the client?

Caleb is happily married to his high school sweetheart and is the proud dad of three kids. He loves hiking, camping, and sitting around a bonfire with friends. He enjoys reading and listening to audiobooks. He also likes to play games of all kinds, board games, card games, video games, and has dabbled in dungeons and dragons.
