Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners provide psychiatric assessments to determine if medication could assist you in your wellness journey. Any/all prescriptions administered are monitored and reviewed to obtain the best therapeutic outcomes.

Targeted Case Management is available to all Medicaid clients with a qualifying mental health diagnosis. A trained Targeted Case Manager can provide you with services to assist with other barriers in achieving mental wellness. Services can include assistance with food insecurity, clothing, applying for affordable housing options, finding employment, applying for disability, and advocating for educational assistance, as well as other services.
