Holding space for someone’s story is a sacred honor. Eszti is here to meet you or your child right where you are and to walk with you toward healing, wholeness, and hope.

Eszti a trauma-informed therapist passionate about walking alongside children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you're facing parenting struggles, attachment disruptions, neurodivergence, cross-cultural transitions, or medical trauma, Eszti is here to offer a safe, supportive, and culturally sensitive space for healing and growth.

Eszti specializes in working with issues related to adoption, foster care, third culture kids (TCKs), complex health diagnoses, and the unique emotional and relational dynamics that arise from living between cultures. As someone who grew up in Hungary and now lives in Central Kentucky—with a few stops in between— Eszti understands firsthand the beauty and the complexity of crossing cultures, languages, and worldviews.

Before becoming a clinician, Eszti served for over a decade as a global cross-cultural worker (missionary), where she had the privilege of working with refugees, orphans, at-risk youth, domestic violence survivors, and families navigating complex medical needs. These experiences inspired her to pursue clinical training so she could better support individuals and families through evidence-based therapeutic care.

Eszti primarily draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Attachment Theory, and she tailors her approach to meet the unique needs of each client. Eszti is currently working toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist, which allows her to support children through developmentally attuned, expressive, and relational methods.

Eszti believes that every person—no matter their age—deserves to be seen, heard, and treated with dignity. Children in particular have such a profound and beautiful way of understanding the world, and she considers it an honor to join them in their journey. Eszti also believes lasting change happens when caregivers are empowered, so she works closely with parents and guardians to build collaborative strategies for long-term healing.

Eszti offers counseling services in both English and Hungarian, and she is committed to creating an inclusive space for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. While her Christian faith deeply shapes who she is and how she care for others, she believes that integrating spirituality into therapy should always be client-led.

Outside of her work, Eszti loves spending time with her husband and four amazing children—and training their enthusiastic labradoodle puppy to become a therapy dog!
