Kelly is passionate about creating that space—a place where you feel seen, supported, and free to focus on your own healing.

When you're used to being the one everyone else depends on, it can be difficult to admit when you're running on empty. Whether you're navigating the challenges of parenthood, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or burnout, or carrying the weight of caring for others, you deserve a space where you can simply exhale. Kelly is passionate about creating that space—a place where you feel seen, supported, and free to focus on your own healing.

Before becoming a therapist, Kelly spent more than 20 years walking alongside pregnant and postpartum mothers, pastors, missionaries, children, and college students from more than a dozen countries. Those experiences gave her a deep appreciation for both the joy and the emotional cost of living a life centered on serving others. She understands how easy it is to lose yourself while caring for everyone else, and she feels honored to help parents and those in helping professions reconnect with themselves while continuing to live lives of purpose.

Kelly works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, perinatal mental health concerns, and questions surrounding spirituality or faith. She believes that healing is never one-size-fits-all. Together, you'll explore the many factors that may be contributing to what you're experiencing and develop an approach that reflects your unique story, strengths, and goals. Kelly uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a gentle framework for your work together.

Clients often describe Kelly's presence as calm, compassionate, and grounding. She believes therapy should never feel rushed. Instead, she creates a collaborative environment where healing can happen at a pace that feels safe for your nervous system. Together, you'll gently untangle the grip of guilt, unrealistic expectations, and self-criticism while cultivating greater self-compassion, healthier boundaries, and a renewed connection to what brings peace, meaning, and fulfillment.

Kelly believes that you can deeply care for others without losing yourself in the process. She considers it a privilege to walk alongside clients during some of life's hardest seasons, offering encouragement, practical tools, and unwavering support as they rediscover hope and move toward lasting healing.

When she's not in the office, Kelly enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, reading, painting, and photography. Whether she's exploring the outdoors or expressing herself creatively, these moments help keep her grounded and remind her of the importance of rest, connection, and joy—the same things she hopes every client experiences in their own life.
