“It’s an honor to witness the growth and transformation that happens in therapy. I know it takes courage to reach out—and I’m here to walk with you, every step of the way.”

From a young age, Savannah knew she wanted to be a therapist. She has always felt drawn to building meaningful relationships and supporting others as they navigate life’s challenges. That early sense of calling led her to study psychology in college, and later pursue her Master’s in Counseling. Along the way, her passion only deepened—for walking alongside individuals in their healing, for holding space in hard moments, and for helping people rediscover hope.

In her practice, she works with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, trauma, life transitions, women’s sexual addiction, interpersonal struggles, and faith-based issues. Her approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. She draws from Attachment Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to tailor a therapeutic space that is both structured and deeply personal.

Savannah believes that healing begins when people feel safe and seen. Her goal is to offer a nonjudgmental, trauma-informed space where clients can explore their pasts, clarify their goals, and move toward meaningful change in the present. She sees therapy as a creative, collaborative process—one where the client is the expert on their life, and she walks beside them, helping to illuminate new paths and possibilities.

Savannah’s Christian faith is a meaningful part of her worldview and informs the grace and hope she brings into sessions, for those who desire to integrate faith into their healing journey. That said, she works with individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs and respects each person’s unique story.

Outside the therapy room, you can find Savannah soaking up sunshine on her front porch with her husband, reading a good book with a cup of coffee, playing volleyball, or laughing with loved ones. She believes joy and rest are vital to the healing process, and tries to live that out both personally and professionally.

Savannah says it’s an honor to witness the growth and transformation that happens in therapy. She knows it takes courage to reach out—and she is here to walk with her clients, every step of the way.
