The insurances accepted can vary with each provider, although each provider accepts all Kentucky Medicaid plans. Many providers also accept the following insurances:
Aetna, Anthem, Caresource, Cigna, Humana, Magellan, Medicare, and United Healthcare.
We also offer a sliding scale for uninsured individuals, or for services not covered by one's insurance plan. These fees are based on household income.
