With a humanistic/person-centered approach, Sipera strives to understand intersecting identities and how they relate to individuals, couples, families and their views of the world. Sipera has worked with various clients and specializes in an empathetic, compassionate, judgment-free environment that includes work in trauma, addiction, depression/anxiety, life transitions, PTSD, grief/loss, co-dependency, and parenting concerns. She also works with individuals in marginalized/multicultural communities dealing with varying identity concerns. Sipera is open and willing to use various evidence-based practices to meet clients' needs.

Sipera holds an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Kentucky University and an M.B.A., with a concentration in Leadership from Sullivan University.

Her passion is working with clients to assist and prepare them for a successful future. One of her favorite quotes is from Daisaku Ikeda, "When we change, the world changes. The key to all changes is in our inner transformation - a change of our hearts and minds. This is human revolution. We all have the power to change. When we realize this truth, we can bring forth that power anywhere, anytime, and in any situation."
